For Dieters, Have a sweet tooth?

Hey Barkers!

As you can see by the picture, I love chocolate! But chocolate doesnt neccesarily love my hips or belly!

I Found a great solution for my sweet tooth. Its a product I found by chance when I was strolling through the grocery store. Its by General Foods International. The product is an on the go cafe mocha packet. You can prepare it hot or cold and its super easy. It has calcium, coffee and anti oxidants. Perfect for the person who loves starbucks.

The downside is that its artificially flavored, but lets face it when your watching your figure you have to give in a little to satisfy cravings. The worse you can do is ignore them beacuse then you might binge!

5 Tips to Look and Feel Sexier

1. Drink a lot of water. It helps flush out your system and keep you from overeating.

2. Watch your sodium intake. Salt retains water and makes you look and feel bloated, especially in women.

3. Incorporate some sort of weight training in your workout. You do not have to lift heavy weights to get results and it helps burn calories all day!

4. Enjoy good carbs like steel cut oatmeal, whole grain wheat bread, and fruit. The problem with diets is that they are unrealistic. No one eats like that regularly!

5. Set a realistic goal for working out. If your busy with work find at least 30 minutes a day to take care of YOU! After all, you only live once!

Hope you guys find these tips helpful. I'm going to try and write blogs like this at least once a month because I alway get messages about fitness and health.

Ohio, UFC, and Arnold Classic

Hey Barkers!

I always love going to ohio for the fights and Arnold Classic. I think its one of the best events of the year. Even weather was great though is was supposed to be really cold. I was happy to be there signing autographs pictures and meeting fans at the UFC booth. My girlfriend Ali won the first fitness bikini contest. Im so proud of her.

I arrived Thursday and decided to take it easy that night and get some rest. The next day I woke up bright and early to head to the Arnold classic for a meet and greet for UFC. It was great. I met some really nice fans and took a ton of pictures.

Friday night was the Ray Mendoza charity event. There were a ton of special guests and it was nice to attend something for a good cause. The next day was fight day. I spent another day at the arnold classic, then went back to my hotel to prep fpr the show.

That night the fights were amazing. There were alot of knockouts. My friend Rampage won his fight and I was vey happy about that. The weekend was very eventful and I even did the famous O-H-I-O dance while i was working. Fun Times!

Hey Barkers!

I flew into Salt Lake City to shoot with one of my favorite photographers Wendy from Satiophotograhy.net on Monday.

We started the day early around 7am with hair and makeup. We planned on doing 10 looks but ended up doing 13! She is amazing and I love shooting with her!

The pictures will be used for magazine submissions, calendar, and web promotion. I cant wait for you guys to see them!

I've been super busy so I didn't write a blog after the last UFC show in Tampa but I'm including pictures I took there too!

Eurotrip, UFC and more

Hey Barkers!

Traveling overseas is always hard for me. I get really homesick and I'm bad with the time change. I tried to stay awake all day Thursday so I could adjust to the time difference (8 hours) but it was hard. Ireland was fun though. We did a little sight seeing the first day. We saw a huge old castle that was very creepy. It looked haunted. The food wasn't too bad either. Unlike the Uk... sorry to whoever is from there but the food is horrible!

The next day were weigh ins. The crowd was loud and excited. Irish fans are funny. I went to a Thai restaurant afterwards and it was quite tasty. I love Thai food and I always like it to be really spicy! After dinner we walked down Temple street and stopped at a famous tourist spot Temple bar. It was packed. I tasted some guinness beer but i didn't have any. I'm not a big fan. I called it a night after that and headed back to my hotel for some rest.

Fight day was crazy as usual. I had two partners, Edith and Logan, so it was nice. It made the night go by quick. There were a couple good fights and a lot of surprises. After that, I came back to the hotel, had dinner, and went to bed.

Sunday I did some more sight seeing in Dublin and then headed to Paris, France that night with some friends. I took a lot of pictures. It was sooooo beautiful there. I received an email from a friend about some old pictures I took for an german fashion magazine. The only thing I will say about the situation is that I was not experienced the way I am now. I probably wouldn't have taken them if i would have known how they would be perceived. Im human, I make mistakes. All I can do is live life with no regrets and learn from my mistakes. December 2008 Wrap up

December was full of fun activities, work, and family.

I spent most of the holiday at my parents house. We had lots of food and family over. I love spending time with my family!

After Christmas i had to work UFC 92. This show was stacked with talented fighters and amazing match ups. I was so excited. I also got to work with Logan for the first time. She is super sweet! I liker her a lot. The weekend was chaotic because I also hosted two partys. It was fun though.

The week after i was called to shoot for MMA Aftermath. I was shot by Wendi from Satio Photography. She is so good! Some of the fighters were there so I have some behind the scenes pictures. We shot at Pure nightclub. The spread should be really cool and from what I heard I may be getting the cover!

I stayed in Vegas for New Years Eve and went out with my girlfriends. It was so fun. Im ready to go home now so i can relax and get back to work. I start my acting classes and hosting classes this month and I'm very excited about that.

Ring Girl of the Year for Fighters Only Magazine

Hey Barkers! Fighters only magazine awarded me with the Ring girl of the year award for 2008. Fighters Only is a MMA magazine based out of the UK. The brits love me! According to the article, I won by receiving over half of the votes! Thank you so much! I love the UK fans! They are pretty wild. I always have fun when we do shows out there! They gave Wanderlei Silva and I the cover of this months magazine. Its on stands and available in the UK. Go get it!! Gear up for the holidays! Be thankful and remember what's important during these times. Hawaii is amazing!

Hey Barkers! I was truly blessed when the UFC called me and told me they were sending me to Hawaii for a press conference. Not too bad considering its "work." I love hawaii and I've visited quite a few times. I knew i was in for a good time. The people in Hawaii are so nice. They are so friendly. I was getting a lot of love from the Hawaiian fans.. apparently they like me a lot. The conference was full and the audience asked BJ Penn and GSP a bunch of questions. One of the more lighter ones was a question from a girl. She asked if they wore boxers or briefs. BJ Penn said boxers, Dana refused to answer, and George said he wears thongs. Haha it was pretty funny. After the conference I took some pictures with fans and headed to dinner. I cant wait for the GSP vs BJ Penn fight! Two of the top pound for pound fighters... how exciting! Hometown Hottie 2008

Hey guys, just wanted to update everyone on the Maxim Hometown Hottie contest. I entered this contest and out of over 20,000 submissions I made the top 10. I was so happy that I would make it that far. All the girls were flown into New York to do their photo shoot. It was really cool. They just announced the winner today and her name is April from Chicago... Congrats to her! Thank you for everyone who took the time to vote for me. I really appreciate it! My Birthday and UFC 91

Hey Barkers! Wow, all I can say is that this weekend was crazy! It started off on Wednesday, the 12 (my actual birthday). I flew into vegas and my sister picked me up. We headed home to get ready for my bithday dinner. We went Benihana. I love hibatchi so we watched the cook do his tricks while he cooked our food. I recieved a ton of emails, messages, texts and comments from people wishing me a happy birthday. Thankyou! It was great to spend my special day with my family. They mean so much to me. Later that night I caught a movie with my friends Erica and Jason. We saw Role Model. It was pretty funny. The next day was my big Princess party. I had a million errands to run that day before I could get ready. I got ready in my suite at The Venetian. When I was finally ready I was so excited. We headed to dinner. It was so tasty! After dinner we went to Tryst to have a little fun. I had a lot of my very best friends with me to celebrate. The night was an absolute blast. Thanks to Jason for setting everything up for me, Tracy for taking pics and also having her sister make my cake... it was amazing! Friday morning I had to shoot for DirecTV. That was cool because I shot with Frank Mir. He is a nice guy. After that was weigh-ins. It was packed which made me excited for the show! After the show I had to do some spanish broadcasting. The UFC is expanding everywhere so I'm starting to do spanish broadcasting. This is great for me because it means I will be getting more experience talking and hosting on camera. I went to dinner after that with my friend Dawn. It was so yummy! We headed to the club Studio 54 where I was hosting the pre-fight party. It was pretty cool. Heath Herring was also there hosting with me. Everybody was still wishing me happy birthday and they even brought me out another birthday cake. It was so cute and had a UFC design. It felt like my birthday week! The next day was fight day but before that I had to shoot for Fighters Only Magazine. 80,000 of their readers voted me as the Ring Girl of the Year. They gave me this really nice award. At the fights I was excited but a little nervous beacause it was a big fight. The Kenny Florian vs. Joe Stevenson fight was good. They are both so talented. Randy Couture vs. Brock Lesner was nerve wracking. I think Randy did great but Brock is so huge! This weekend was non-stop action. I appreciate everyone who made my birthday so special. ESPN shoot with Dana White and the fighters

From MissAriannyCeleste.com: Hey Barkers! UFC flew me out on Thursday to shoot for ESPN with a couple top fighters and Dana White. It was pretty cool. The day started around 10:30. I got my hair and makeup done then we headed down to the Red Rock pool. Its really beautiful down there. The best part about shooting with the boys is that i get to take many breaks (as you will see in the photos). I get distracted a lot especially at photo shoots because i get bored easily. The shoot went great and hopefully ESPN got what they needed for a cover! I decided to hang out in Vegas for Halloween weekend and let me just say it was a great time! Time for Chicago

From MissAriannyCeleste.com Hey Barkers! Chicago was pretty fun. I arrived Thursday. I went out to dinner with Leslie , Eric, Cole Miller, Clay Guida, and Miguel Torres.. We ate at a steakhouse named the Chophouse. I don't eat meat so I ordered a "whitefish." I figured it would probably be the leanest and closest thing to sea bass that they had. Now I'm not one to complain, but this fish was not very tasty. It looked like a fish (the shape) and kind of tasted fishy too. I took about 3 bites before I called it quits. After dinner everyone was going to head out to go salsa dancing. I decided I was tired so I went back to my room for some zzzz's. The next day was weigh in's. They had a great gym at the hotel so I worked out in the morning. I felt great afterward! The weigh in was at 4pm so after my workout I reported to the venue to get ready. Weigh ins were held in this really beautiful theater. After the weigh ins I went back to the hotel to meet up with Chari. We went to dinner then headed to a concert. The concert was Gym Class Heros, Estelle, and The Roots. We had a blast at the concert! The next day was fight day. I went to the gym again that morning to do cardio and weights. The fans were kind of crazy there. They camped out at our hotel and waited for the fighters. I always feel weird about taking pics, especially when I'm not all made up. I'm just a regular girl with a pretty cool job! The Thiago Alves vs. Josh Koshchek fight was a great one. Josh did and amazing job even though he replaced Diego Sanchez with only 2 weeks notice. I believe that was fight of the night. It was pretty brutal and both of them were tough as hell. The main fight between Anderson Silva and Patrick Cote was a bit of a disappointment. There wasn't much action then Cote's knee gave out in the third round! You never know what's going to happen in this crazy sport!. Good ol' Birmingham

Hey Barkers! Although my trip to Birmingham was a long one, it was well worth it. I had an overall amazing time. I arrived on Thursday. I was a bit jet lagged because I didn't get much sleep on the plane. I usually fall right to sleep but for some reason I couldn't this time. The views coming in to Birmingham were beautiful. It was really green. When I finally checked in to my hotel I figured I should probably stay awake even though I was exhausted. I called Edith and we decided to walk around a bit. We ended up in this beauty store that had wigs in it. I'm a goofball so I decided to try one on. The lady that worked there got really pissy about it and said she was going to go to the back room to grab her manager. At that point I figured I had 2 options: I could wait to be yelled at and scolded or I can run out and be a little bad. I looked at Edith and we both started laughing as we ran out of the store. I felt like a fugitive! Haha... Good times! After walking around a bit I needed a power nap. I spent that night with my friend Chari. We had dinner and did more of the tourist stuff. The next day at weigh ins I felt better but still not great from the long trip. The weigh ins were pretty packed! That night I strolled down broad street for a little but of fun. It's a really busy street with bars, nightclubs, and restaurants. I was tired from a long day and called it a night after checking out one of the bars. Fight day was exciting as always. Its chaotic back stage but things always seem to go well. I felt really bad because my energy was kind of low. I found myself having a hard time keeping my eyes open even though the fights were action packed. I took a couple energy drinks to help but they just made me jittery. The main event between Bisping and Leben was a great one. Leben showed a lot of heart. It was a bloody one! Even though I was jet lagged it was a great trip. I'm truly blessed to be able to experience these things. I'm traveling and learning more about the world than I could ever do in a classroom! Thanks to God for keeping me smiling! Mr. Olympia 2008

Hey Barkers! Mr. Olympia 2008 was awesome! It's a convention and competition for fitness and bodybuilders. I really like this show because I've always been into fitness and nutrition. Everywhere I looked there were shredded bodies. Even the women were ripped! I was joined by a couple UFC fighters. We had one of the best booths there.
